Returns and Refunds

UNOPENED PRODUCTS

Given the nature of plants/seedlings/fresh chillies, we do not offer refunds for these products so please choose carefully.

Refunds are only accepted for unopened dried chilli pods only. Please note that we do not refund the original postage fees with the return. To return a product, please contact us to let us know you would like to arrange a product return. We’ll advise the best address for you to send the products to. Pack and seal the item/s in their original shipping package and post them back to us. Provided that we receive the products in their original UNUSED and UNOPENED condition, we will arrange for the original purchase price (not including original postage fees) to be refunded to the purchaser’s PayPal account.

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your dried chilli pods must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (sealed). To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your PayPal account or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We do not accept refunds, return, or exchange on seedlings, seeds, or fresh chilli pods given the nature of these items.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your PayPal account.  There is often some processing time before a refund is processed from PayPal to your bank account. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items cannot be refunded.

SHIPPING

To return your product, please contact us for the return shipping address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS

We take care to pack your items carefully so that they won’t get damaged in transit. If, for whatever reason, they arrive damaged or faulty, we ask that you take photos and contact us within 7 days of receiving the items in the mail. We’ll arrange for the products to be returned to us and a replacement will be sent out to you or a refund given if the item is no longer available.
